Ingredients
- Your favorite pizza dough
1 cup full fat ricotta
2 tablespoons olive oil (more for drizzling)
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
2 -3 tablespoons Taggart Family pepper spread (depending on the spice level)
2 garlic cloves
1tsp salt
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 cup parmesan cheese

- Preheat oven to 425
Follow instructions for pizza dough - Note: precooked pizza dough should not be recooked without toppings
In large bowl mix ricotta cheese, olive oil, Italian seasoning, pepper spread, garlic cloves and salt.
Spread mixture evenly over the pizza dough
Top with mozzarella and parmesan cheese
Bake for 10 minutes - cheese should be melted and pizza crust is golden on the edges.
Finish with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of salt.

- 1 pound pasta (any shape)
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 garlic bulb (6-10 cloves)
3 tablespoons pepper spread (or more to taste)
Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Bring a medium pot of water to boil. Cook pasta according to package to al dente. Reserve 2 cups of pasta water
In a large pan, combine olive oil and garlic. Heat until fragrant. Add a pinch of salt.
Stir in peppers until warmed through.
Add 2 tablespoons of pasta water, stirring consistently until garlic/pepper sauce is incorporated.
Add pasta to pan with garlic/pepper mixture. Add more pasta water as needed for sauce consistency.
Plate pasta, add parmesan cheese to taste.

1 8oz brick of cream cheese
Crackers or veggies - anything to dip!
Instructions
- Place brick of cream cheese on serving platter
Pepper spread goes directly over cream cheese (no mixing)
Arrange crackers, bread, veggies around pepper/cream cheese and serve!
