Returns and Refunds

Every jar of Tag's Pepper Spread is handmade in small batches on our family farm, and your satisfaction means a lot to us.

Food safety

Because our spread is a perishable food product, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of opened jars for health and safety reasons.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or isn't what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@taggart-farm.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.

Order changes and cancellations

Need to change or cancel an order? Email us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped we're unable to cancel it, but the options above still apply.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
